We have gotten a preliminary review from an estates and wills lawyer, and the following areas should be noted: Copyright protection years to be updated to "a period of 70 years following the end of that calendar year." (currently 50 in the publication) The Living Will (page 6 and page 24) is wrong, living will is not a term used in Ontario—"Ontario law does not use the term “living will’. Sometimes people use the term “advance directive” to refer to a written statement of wishes about future care." more information: Govt. of Ontario, Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, "Powers of Attorney, Questions and Answers" Apart from those 2 areas, the publication is otherwise still a valuable resource and includes relevant exercises and examples.
