Copyright License Agreement (Contract)

Copyright infringement is widespread. Quite often an artist is not asked if his or her work may be reproduced. Even when an artist is asked for the right to reproduce his or her work, frequently no reproduction fee is paid (particularly if the artist receives some promotional benefit), and royalties are rarely paid. The enclosed contracts are designed as models to help an artist ensure his or her reproduction rights are protected when licensing copyright.
