ANIMAL PARTY is a free, immersive public art installation at Ashbridge Estate that invites visitors to reconnect with nature, sound, and more-than-human life. Set beneath the sweeping branches of a willow tree, the installation features soft sculptural forms, ambient bioacoustic soundscapes, and subtle lighting that evoke the presence and memory of the site’s ecological and historical layers. Inspired by the flora, fauna, and archival histories of the estate, ANIMAL PARTY creates a playful yet contemplative space where visitors can sit, listen, and reflect. The installation invites all ages to slow down, gather, and engage with the environment through a multisensory experience rooted in care, connection, and the shared rhythms of the natural world.
